Astropsychology of a team — what and how we analyse

The composite is a midpoint chart: for each planet we take the circular mean of all members' positions. It is the group's 'face': the composite Sun — shared goal and character, the Moon — climate and needs, the Ascendant — how the group is seen from outside. The function bearer is the member whose natal planet is closest to the composite point: they embody that function for the team.

Each profile is computed by code from the natal chart: tempo by modes, initiative by Mars and the Sun, reliability and endurance by Saturn and fixed signs, communication by Mercury, the motivation lever by Venus and the Moon — what counts as a reward: recognition, money, freedom or belonging.

The pair matrix is the pairwise synastry of all members by personal planets: harmonious links give cooperation and speed, hard Mars–Saturn and Sun–Moon give friction. It shows the best pairs, the conflict pairs and whom to put in the middle.

We do not rate people as good or bad and give no dismissal advice: charts show style and task fit. For a family — the same tools in home terms, without labels and without 'who is guilty'.

How many people can I enter?

From two to twelve. For a couple the synastry page is better; for three or more — this portal.

Is the exact birth time needed?

Preferably: without a time the Ascendant and houses are not computed, and the composite Ascendant and leadership by angular planets will be imprecise. Date and city are required.

Do members see the results?

No. The leader or parent enters the data and the reading is addressed to them; members' names are not published or stored outside your account.

How does 'the team's face' differ from 'interactions'?

The face — who we are as a group and which leadership style fits us. Interactions — who gets what, how to motivate each, who works well with whom and where the friction is.
