The DestinyKey forecast is built on three horizons. Transits are weather and dates: slow planets enter orb to your natal points, become exact — sometimes three times because of a retrograde loop — and leave; the code computes these dates, the model only explains them. Progressions and ingresses are the chapters of life: the progressed Moon crosses a sign in two and a half years, a progressed New Moon opens a thirty-year cycle, a slow planet enters a house and switches a sphere on for years. Directions are the map of years: a degree per year, a ±1-year window, ten to fifteen years ahead and a retrospective to check against lived experience.
We do not answer 'will it happen or not'. Clients come with fatalistic questions — when will I meet, will they return, will I pay it off — and a useful answer moves the question into the dynamics of the period: which window is open, what the task is inside it, what the options are. Every card of the portal is built this way: the sphere by natal houses and their rulers, dates from the time engine, phrasing as a window and a task. The model may not name a date that is not in the computed data.
The three scenarios of the year are an authorial layer: the same configuration of a period is lived differently if you drift, if you apply ordinary effort, and if you take the period into work. We describe all three and what exactly moves you between levels. The portal does not replace decisions and does not predict death, illness or disaster. A hard period is described as a task and a support, not a threat. Birth time matters: without it houses and angles are not computed and the forecast relies on planets only — we say so honestly in every reading.

Where do the dates in the forecast come from?
They are computed by code on ephemerides: exact slow-planet transits to your natal points, progressions, ingresses into houses, directions. The model receives the finished list and explains it; a date not on the list cannot appear in the reading.
Can I learn whether an event will happen?
We translate the question into windows and tasks: when the sphere is switched on, what is worth doing in that period and what the options are. This is more honest and more useful than yes/no — and it is what the chart actually shows.
What are the three scenarios of the year?
The same period is lived differently depending on what you do with it: drifting, ordinary effort, or taking it into work. The card describes all three and what moves you between levels.
What does the electional calendar give?
A rating of days 90 days ahead for specific matters — wedding, surgery, launch, relocation, contract — by lunations, the Moon's sign and phase, retrograde windows and transits to your chart. A grid with ★ and ▽ and short reasons.
Do I need an exact birth time?
For houses, angles and ingresses — yes. Without a time the forecast is built by planets and signs; houses and angles are not used, and every reading says so.
